Gates

We make our gates in Jelgava from a galvanised steel structure. For the infill we use our own 3D panel, so the gates look exactly like the panel fence. The infill is welded to the frame before painting: this makes the gates stiffer and leaves no unpainted spots where rust could start. The gates are then painted in two coats using oven-cured powder coating.

Types of gate

Single-leaf pedestrian gates. Width 1 m, height from 1.0 to 2.0 m. Posts 60 × 60 mm.

Double-leaf gates. For driving into a yard or site. Standard widths 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 m; heights 1.2, 1.5, 1.7 and 2.0 m. Posts 80 × 80 mm or 100 × 100 mm.

Sliding gates. When there is no room in front of the gate for it to swing open. The standard width is 4.0 m plus a tail (the counterbalance section that slides along the fence as the gate opens). The gate runs on a rail. We fit it with professional automation.

Automation

Double-leaf and sliding gates can be fitted with Nice or V2 automation. The kits include a motor, control unit and remote controls; photocells and receivers can be added. For garage doors we also offer garage door automation. Installation of the automation can be arranged through our partner companies.

How to choose the gate width

For drive-through gates, choose a width with a margin: 3 m is enough for a car, but if a lorry, trailer or farm machinery will drive into the yard, 4–4.5 m is better. Also check that the gate leaves have room to open — if not, choose a sliding gate. The gate height is usually the same as the fence.

Custom gates

We make gates in any width and height from 1 m. For custom gates, use the configurator in our shop: enter the dimensions, choose the type and colour, and send a request. We will prepare a quotation with the price and production time. If the gates need a non-standard colour, a pedestrian gate next to the drive gate, or automation, say so in the request.
